SLIDE GATE OPENER WITH FREQUENCY CONVERTER CONTROLLER

The slide gate opener EST-FU is installed in a comfortable aluminium housing with plenty of space for additional fittings. The components are easily accessible via a lockable swivelling lever lock. The slide gate opener offers sufficient power in any situation and is designed for gates with an opening width of up to 30,000mm.

Aluminium housing

– Made of powder-coated aluminium

Locking

The housing can be locked using the swivel lever lock. Profile half cylinders can be optionally installed on-site.

Safety contact profiles

The Receptacle for safety contact profiles is integrated in the housing. In addition, four separate contact profile evaluations enable improved monitoring.

Safety devices

Type E protective devices, such as the laser scanner, can be connected. There are also photoelectric barrier connections with test functions for forward and rear space monitoring as well as failsafe inputs (performance level PLc) for the evaluation of safety devices.

Emergency release

There is a reliable mechanical brake on the motor, which is locked in a de-energized state. A simple emergency release is possible via the lever on the motor. There is also a separate input, an NC contact, for the fire alarm system.

Quick Install

Simple, infinitely variable height adjustment of the toothed wheel thanks to gas pressure springs and height indicator. The adjustment range of 100mm can be extended by 90mm using an optional console.
