Efficient organisation and short response times

You can easily organise your barriers by location and assign  them to your service technicians. This allows you to keep an  eye on the status of all barriers at all times.

 

The proper operation of each barrier is permanently monitored.  Messages appear immediately in the portal - also via push  notification if required. This allows you to react immediately if  necessary.

Digital service protocols and configuration archive

Service calls can be recorded digitally and documented transparently. The integrated inspection book also enables all inspections carried out to be recorded. This means that all information can be called up at any time - clearly organised and traceable.

 

Define maintenance intervals that the system automatically reminds you of.

 

All configuration changes are documented automatically. This  means that adjustments can be tracked at any time and  previous settings can be restored if necessary - for full control  over all system changes.

Guided error analysis

In the event of a report, the portal will help you to narrow down  the cause step by step. If the message persists, an ELKA employee can provide support by authorising the analysis.

Automated events

Defined rules can be used to specify that a status change at  one barrier automatically triggers an action at another. For  example, if the vehicle counter of a barrier has reached a limit  value, a multi-relay for a RED traffic light is switched. Event  control thus enables a logic-based process - without manual  intervention.

Fast connection and easy retrofitting

The IoT portal module can be easily attached to any barrier with the controller MO24, enabling subsequent integration into the IoT portal.

 

New devices can be added manually or simply by QR code.

The portal is accessed by manually activating your access data  from the partner area of our web shop. For additional protection of sensitive data, 2-factor authentication can be activated as an  option. Encrypted MQTT connections ensure that your data is  transmitted safely and securely.
