ORBIT DRIVE ASSEMBLY FOR GATEPOSTS ON SITE

The drive assembly is delivered completely assembled. The drive unit and the controller are pre-wired and provide – in combination with the top-hat rail and the optional terminal row - space for accessories.

The console is simply fastened with 4 screws onto the on-site gate post. For serial gates designed in accordance with the EU-norms, ELKA offers support during the certification process.

Robust drive unit

The drive unit is equipped with a sturdy shaft (Ø 20mm). The integrated damper hub serves to reduce the mechanical load. In addition, a quick and easy height adjustment of up to 75mm and a particularly low gear wheel position are possible.

Certification

For serial gates designed in accordance with the EU-norms, ELKA offers support during the certification process. The perfect opportunity for gate manufacturers to offer a certified system.

Controller MO 46

Simple operation thanks to slim menu navigation, fast analysis via LEDs at the inputs. With safety contact profile detection for OPEN and CLOSE separately, electronic speed control and automatic closure.

800-L – Long drive shaft

For gates up to 600kg and 14,000mm. Velocity approx. 12.6m/min.

800-S – The fast version

For gates up to 300kg and 14,000mm. Velocity approx. 16.8m/min.
