1. Organiser

The organiser of the competition is
ELKA-Torantriebe GmbH u. Co. Betriebs KG
(hereinafter referred to as ‘ELKA’).

2. Eligibility

All natural persons who are at least 18 years of age,
complete the online survey in full, and provide a valid email address are eligible to participate. Employees of ELKA and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Participation in the competition

Participation is by completing the online survey in full via the website provided for this purpose. Participation is free of charge and independent of any order.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries are not permitted.

4. Prize

The following prize will be raffled off among all valid entries:

- One of a total of 5 vouchers worth €250 each for an order at ELKA

The voucher is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is redeemable for an order at ELKA.

5. Determination of the winner and notification

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The winner will be notified by email to the address provided when entering the competition. If no response is received within 14 days of the winner notification being sent, ELKA reserves the right to select a new winner.

6. Participation period

The competition begins on February 16, 2026, and ends on April 10, 2026.

The date of receipt of the completed online survey is decisive.

7. Disclaimer

ELKA is not liable for:

- Technical malfunctions

- Failures of the QR code or the website

- Delays or failures beyond ELKA's control

8. Data protection

Participation in the competition necessarily involves the processing of the participants' personal data required for this purpose on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will use the personal data provided by the participant in the context of their participation in the competition (e.g., email address) exclusively for the purposes of conducting the competition, unless the participant has given separate consent for further use. After the competition has been completed, we will delete the data, subject to statutory retention obligations. Data will only be passed on to third parties for specific purposes and to the extent necessary for the processing of the competition. 9. Exclusion from the competition

ELKA reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in the event of violations of these conditions of participation or attempts at manipulation.

10. Premature termination

ELKA reserves the right to terminate or modify the competition prematurely if proper execution can no longer be guaranteed.

11. Legal recourse

Legal recourse is excluded.
